You’ll enjoy special ticket prices along with special treatment when you go as a group to Broadway San Jose presentations. Getting the best seats for the shows you and your group want to see is easy. Just follow these simple steps and we’ll take care of the rest!

3. Submit your completed form via e-mail to groups@broadwaysanjose.com or call 408-792-4131

Then a BSJ Group Sales Representative will work to identify the best seats in the house and make arrangements for payment that work the best for you! Please allow 24 hours for a group representative to be in touch with you.

Q: What is a group?

A: A group is 10 or more people, depending on the show for which you are buying tickets.

A group can be made up of a group of friends, co-workers, members of a church,

employees, children’s groups, corporate groups, military, or just about anyone that wants

to go see an event together.


Q: How much do you save on Group Tickets?

A: Depending on the show, groups can save anywhere from 10%-50% off the regular ticket

prices.


Q: Do all events offer Group Tickets?

A: All the shows in our 2011/2012 season offer Group Price rates – however these shows

are filling fast! Reserve your tickets today!


Q: How do we get group tickets?

A: It’s a lot easier than you think! Get started with this simple four step process:

Step Three: Save a copy, and e-mail a copy to groups@broadwaysanjose.com

A BSJ Group Sales Rep will get back to you with a confirmation of your order


Q: How do we pay for the tickets?

A: This depends on how you purchase them. Some groups choose to do all of their

purchasing individually online. For others, they place a deposit on the tickets, and pay the

rest up to 10 – 30 days before the show. Final payment dates vary per show. We accept all

major credit cards, checks, and cash.


Q: Is there a deadline to order tickets?

A: Yes! For most shows the tickets have to be ordered and paid for at least 10-30 days

prior to an show. This can change depending on ticket sales; if a show sells out, then there

may not be any more tickets left to purchase for a group. If tickets are still available after

the deadline, the order must be paid in full at the time of purchase.


Q: What is Broadway San Jose’s policy on ticket refunds, exchanges, or lost tickets?

A: All sales are final; there are no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges. Lost tickets can be

replaced if appropriate proof of purchase is shown.


Q: At what age does a child have to pay for a ticket?

A: Everyone must have a ticket, for most shows, children under the age of 5 will not be

admitted to the theatre. For the most up to date formation, it is best to call the box office at

408-792-4111.


Q: How much is parking?

A: Parking fees range between $5 - $10 per car and varies depending where you park. A

city owned surface lot on Almaden Ave, just one block from our theater, can accommodate
